If you binge movies every day, don’t be surprised when someone else is bingeing your dream life.
Watching a movie every day isn’t “bad” — but it depends: are you consuming or compounding? If you’re studying storytelling, marketing, cinematography, or human psychology and turning that into content, business ideas, or creative output — that’s education. But if you’re just zoning out for two hours every night, that’s 730 hours a year. That’s almost a part-time business you didn’t build.
I’m not against movies. I love great stories. But entertainment should be dessert, not dinner. Ask yourself: is this relaxing me so I can perform better tomorrow — or is it replacing the work that would change my life?

There’s nothing wrong with a movie a day — as long as your responsibilities are handled first.
Life is stressful. Work, bills, family obligations — you need ways to unwind. A movie in the evening can be a healthy routine if it helps you relax and sleep better. The real danger is when it starts affecting your productivity, exercise, social life, or career progress. Be careful about forming habits that quietly eat up your time.
Moderation is key. Finish your work, take care of your health, save your money — then enjoy your film guilt-free. Stability first, entertainment second.
